The practical rules for using RSVPanda as it exists today.
Use of the service
RSVPanda is for publishing availability, accepting bookings, and managing the follow-through around those bookings. Do not use it for unlawful content, impersonation, or abusive traffic.
Host responsibility
Workspace owners are responsible for the accuracy of their booking pages, intake prompts, teammate access, and communications sent to guests through the product.
Guest boundaries
Guests use RSVPanda through booking and manage links rather than separate guest accounts. Hosts are responsible for sharing those links appropriately.
Availability and delivery
RSVPanda depends on third-party infrastructure for authentication, hosting, email delivery, and optional calendar sync. Those dependencies can affect booking, reminder, and provider-calendar delivery.
Changes
RSVPanda may update product features, workflows, and these terms over time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
