These terms describe the practical rules for using RSVPanda as it exists today: scheduling, workspace access, guest communications, and acceptable use.

Use of the service

RSVPanda is intended to help hosts publish availability, accept bookings, and manage follow-up actions around those bookings. Do not use the service to collect unlawful content, impersonate others, or send abusive traffic.

Host responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for the accuracy of their booking pages, meeting descriptions, and any communications sent to guests through the product.

Availability and delivery

RSVPanda depends on third-party infrastructure for authentication, email delivery, and hosting. Temporary interruptions, maintenance, or provider-level failures can affect booking and reminder delivery.

Changes to the service

RSVPanda may update product features, workflows, and these operating terms over time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated version.
