Guests
Use the manage link from your confirmation email first. It handles cancellations, reschedules, and calendar downloads without waiting on the host.
Hosts
Sign in to the dashboard for workspace controls, booking ops, teammate invites, and email diagnostics before escalating anything manually.
Platform issues
If delivery or platform behavior looks wrong, start with the Help page and the operational checks inside Settings before treating it as a booking failure.
