How do I reschedule or cancel?

Use the manage link from the confirmation email. If the host uses a notice policy, late changes may be limited.

Will calendar links use my timezone?

Yes. Confirmation emails, reminder emails, Google Calendar links, and ICS files include timezone data.

Why did the host ask a prep question?

Hosts can add light intake so the conversation starts with context instead of another back-and-forth email.

Why are no times showing?

The remaining slots may be taken, blocked by a rule, or closed because of blackout dates or limits.

Can I resend reminders manually?

Yes. The dashboard includes one-off reminder and confirmation actions, plus bulk actions for selected bookings.

Can I collect guest prep before booking?

Yes. Meeting types can include short text, long text, email, phone, and single-select prompts.

Can RSVPanda use my existing calendar?

Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook can block busy time and sync confirmed bookings back out.

How do I know the workspace is healthy?

Settings show diagnostics and reminder health. Operations shows telemetry and tracked errors for the active workspace.
