RSVPanda is built to reduce booking friction, but when questions come up, this page should cover the common ones.

Guests

How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Use the manage link from your confirmation email. RSVPanda lets guests cancel or reschedule without waiting for a manual reply.

Will calendar links use the right timezone?

Yes. Booking confirmations, reminder emails, Google Calendar links, and ICS downloads include timezone information for automatic conversion.

What if no times appear for the date I picked?

That usually means the remaining slots for that date are already taken or the host has not opened weekly availability for that day.

Hosts

Can I resend confirmations or reminders manually?

Yes. The host dashboard includes one-off confirmation and reminder actions, plus bulk actions for selected bookings.

How do teammate invites work?

Invite a teammate from Settings. RSVPanda sends them an invite link so they can join the workspace and set a password.

How do I know reminders are healthy?

The dashboard highlights bookings with failed or overdue reminders, and Settings now show email diagnostics and reminder-run health.
